About the Workshop

Product managers often grapple with two extremes: never conducting user research, or being overly dependent on it. Finding the perfect balance between the two is crucial for making informed decisions about when and how much research to conduct.

We invite product managers who don’t have an in-house research team to explore when to integrate user research into your workflow and master the essentials of preparing, conducting, and deriving insights from user research.

Part 1: Striking the Right Balance
  • When and how much research to conduct

  • Which types of research best serve different stages of product development

  • Practical exercises in knowing when to lean on user research or skip it

Part 2: Hands-On with Concept Testing
  • Preparation: plan, right participants, interview guide

  • Interviews: biases, session structure, moderation

  • Findings → insights

Facilitators: Simona Griškutė, Ieva Jakė

Duration: 3 hours Preparation: Bring laptop
