About the Workshop
With AI, we PMs now have superpowers that let us do more things — faster and better than ever before. Despite these new capabilities, some core aspects of the role remain unchanged.
At its heart, Product Management is still about understanding real user needs and figuring out how to deliver value by solving problems in a business-viable way.
In this workshop, we’ll go over all key aspects of Product Management (user research, data analysis, solution design, execution with dev, product strategy — just to name a few), the few truly important mental models that shape good decision-making, and where to focus, especially when things are moving fast.
This workshop is intended for junior-to-mid PMs, as well as anyone interested in the craft. It’s a great opportunity to take a holistic look at the role and fill in any gaps you might have.
My goal is to help you understand how to do PM work right and how to apply strong foundational thinking across everything you do. Facilitator: Adas Bradauskas
